ingredients


  • Open Prairie ® Natural* Ground Beef, about 1 pound
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Slice and chop green onion.
  •  
  • Mince 3 cloves of garlic.
  •  
  • Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger and peppers in a small bowl.
  •  
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  •  
  • Add steamed green beans to the ground beef.
  •  
  • Pour sauce over ground beef and green beans and let simmer.
  •  
  • Serve over hot rice.
  •  
  • Garnish with some green onion and sesame seeds.
