  • Open Prairie® Natural Angus boneless top sirloin steak, cap off, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Toasted sesame seeds, minced green onion

  • 1/2 cup prepared teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat, whisking until blended. Place Open Prairie Natural Angus steak and 1/3 cup teriyaki mixture in plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once. Reserve remaining teriyaki mixture for sauce.
